Return & Refund Policy
1.⁠ ⁠No Refunds
Fingerlicous has a strict NO CASH REFUND policy.
Once orders are confirmed, payments are non-refundable.
2.⁠ ⁠Credit Policy
If an order is cancelled within the permitted timeframe (2 days before delivery), a credit will be issued.
Credits do expire and may be used at your convenience for future orders. Credits are valid for 2 Months from date of Credit Issued. After the 2 months, the credits will expire and no longer be Valid
3.⁠ ⁠Incorrect or Quality issues
If you receive an incorrect item or have any issue with the quality:
Notify us immediately upon receiving the order.
Provide a photo or description of the issue.
We may offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.
4.⁠ ⁠Delivery Issues
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
If you are not available at the delivery location and time arranged, a second delivery fee may apply.
