Fingerlicous (Pty) Ltd — Terms of Service
1.⁠ ⁠Order Confirmation
A 50% deposit is required to confirm for all WhatsApp orders and full 100% payment required to confirm all online orders.
Orders below R500.00 require full payment upfront.
No order will be processed or prepared until payment has been received.
2.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 2 days prior to the delivery or collection date.
Late cancellations will be charged at full order value as ingredients and preparation may already be underway.
3.⁠ ⁠No Cash Refunds
Fingerlicous operates on a No Refund Policy.
In the event of cancellation within the allowed period or any approved changes, a credit will be issued to the customer’s profile.
Credits can be used towards any future orders.
4.⁠ ⁠Delivery Terms
Delivery services are available at an additional charge. These are discussed on WhatsApp and invoiced for payment.
The minimum delivery fee is R100.00 within Durban Central.
Delivery cut-off time is 4:00 PM daily.
Delivery rates outside of Durban Central are billed separately—please enquire directly for a quote at 081 270 1655
5.⁠ ⁠Delivery Eligibility
Orders below R600.00 (excluding delivery) must be collected from our premises.
The minimum order value for delivery outside Durban Central is R1200.00 (excluding delivery fee).
6.⁠ ⁠Quality Commitment
We pride ourselves on delivering freshly prepared, high-quality food products.
Should you experience any concerns, please report them to us immediately upon receiving your order.
7.⁠ ⁠Use of Services
By placing an order with Fingerlicous, you agree to follow our policies, payment terms, and procedures.
